The Hills Have Eyes (2006 film series)
''The Hills Have Eyes'' is the title of an American slasher horror film series that began in 2006. The first film of the series is a remake of the 1977 film ''The Hills Have Eyes'' by Wes Craven. The film was followed by ''The Hills Have Eyes 2'' in 2007.
The films center around an inbred clan living in the desert, killing anyone who they encounter. The films draw inspiration from the legend of Sawney Bean, a serial killer who is said to have murdered and eaten over a thousand people with his family.
